TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
- Welders, welder candidates, or candidates who want to learn welding as well as students studying in high schools and universities can attend the seminars.
- Our seminars start at 9:00 and end at 16:00 every day at GEDİK EDUCATION AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE TRAINING CENTER located in Istanbul / Pendik / Şeyhli.
- The quota for the seminar is 25 for each semester.
- Lunch, tea and refreshments are free for the participants.
- Those who succeed in the exams held at the end of each semester are entitled to receive a document within the scope of the vocational training of those who will work in the DANGEROUS AND VERY DANGEROUS CLASSES approved by the Ministry of Education.
- Accommodation, Transportation and other expenses will belong to the participants themselves or the their organizations.
- Those who wish to attend seminars have to submit their applications stating the seminar period they will attend by filling out the training participation form by fax or e-mail at least 1 week before the start of the seminar. If approved by the Gedik Education Foundation, they will be able to attend the seminars.
Students who will work in Gedik Education Foundation welding workshop have to use the equipment specified in the standards below.
- Protective Work Shoes (EN ISO 20345) * belongs to trainees.
- Welding Mask (EN 175, EN 379)
- Leather Gloves (EN 12477: 2001)
- Leather Apron (EN ISO 11611: 2015 Class 2) * belongs to trainees.
