With the free welding trainings we organize for women, we both train them in a profession and ensure their participation in the workforce.
As Gedik Education Foundation, we have carried out many voluntary projects to support women's employment in Turkey. Now, we aim to realize a first of its kind project in Turkey and expand women welder courses across the country.
Although welding has historically been a profession predominantly practiced by men, today we are demonstrating that women can also successfully take part in this field. Our aim is to contribute to the qualified workforce needed by the industry while ensuring that women have a profession.
With the trainings we offer for women to become strong and competent welders, we make a significant contribution not only to their individual development, but also to the representation of women in the industrial sector of our country.
