Gedik Education Foundation-Sponsored Metal Sculpture Competition
“Express unity with metal, shape your art with welding!”
Organized in line with the Gedik Education Foundation's mission of social contribution, supporting the arts, and encouraging the creative potential of young people, the Welded Metal Sculpture Competition is open to all associate degree, undergraduate, and graduate students at universities throughout Turkey.
This competition aims to bring together the aesthetic and technical potential of metal with young artists, resulting in the creation of original works of art produced using welding technologies. At the same time, the competition aims to preserve and develop Turkey's heritage in the fields of welding and art.
The Welded Metal Sculpture Competition, organized by the Gedik Education Foundation, creates a powerful production space that showcases university students original sculpture works produced using welding techniques.
This digital exhibition was prepared with the aim of bringing the works and creative worlds of young artists who reached the finals of the competition to a wider audience. Each work in the exhibition presents a unique narrative that combines technical mastery with intellectual depth.
