As part of the 2nd Welded Metal Sculpture Competition, organized by the Gedik Education Foundation, applications submitted by students from various universities across Türkiye were carefully evaluated by the jury.
Following the preliminary evaluation, the finalist students who qualified to participate in the artwork production process have been selected.
In line with this year’s competition theme, “Balance,” the finalists will create original works using welded metal techniques. The completed works will be presented to art enthusiasts at an exhibition to be held on 18 December 2026 at Elgiz Museum
On the same day, the award-winning works will be announced during the Award Ceremony, and the prizes will be presented to the winners.
